//With a strong presence in the music industry, he has collaborated with the country's biggest record labels and worked with mainstream artists on national tours, taking part in major festivals such as Rock in Rio, João Rock, and Planeta Atlântida. Crossing over into advertising, he has led teams on high-impact productions for giants like YouTube and Amazon Music.

Throughout his career, he has worked on projects alongside heavyweights such as Péricles, Maiara e Maraisa, Pabllo Vittar, CPM22, Marcelo Falcão, Fresno, and Vitor Kley, among many others, always combining technical precision with entertainment.//

//As Controller, Glauco brings a heavyweight corporate background to Pomodoro Studios. In the early 2000s, he served as the Financial Director of Telsinc, a telecommunications giant. Today, he is going all in on our production company, applying his strategic vision and market intelligence to scale the business.

His management has been the driving force behind our expansion: since his arrival, the company has recorded an impressive 250% growth, securing the solid foundation necessary for our constant innovation.//

//As a Consultant, Gabriela Fongaro acts as our creative bridge between Brazil and Latin America. With a degree in Radio and TV, she lived in Buenos Aires working on productions for Disney, Nat Geo, and the History Channel. In the national market, she has led executive production and new business at major players.
